Relax!!

I have been spending some time with my not so little brother, a good foot taller than moi, and his gorgeous family in Adelaide. I have been sleeping in, out for lunch most days, enjoyed New Years Eve fire works in the city on the night I arrived and have been enjoying the constant chatter of my 4 year old nephew. My brother has been playing taxi driver and has taken me somewhere new every day, mostly to shops that I simply don't have access to.
Master 4 says we are "investigating" his word not mine... and so we do, provided of course that we find the toy section in every new shop we investigate... as you do....
Today we went up to One Tree Hill to a simply stunning little cafe nestled amongst the gum trees. The food was awesome but a visit to the bathroom is a must.....at Art Though Da Vince's Eyes. Do yourself a favour especially art lovers, gardeners and of course foodies.

Team effort..

At the fabulous Escape 2 Create retreat earlier this year, I had some making a background for a future

LO. It took 3 of us to get this effect.

Me, to drive my car back and forth a few feet, Tiff, to hold the pieces of Kraft in the right place, and Lou to film the whole shebang...

I love the effect and its so perfect for my grungey pages...

Mini Retreat Escape 2 Create

What a fabulous weekend, surrounded by gorgeous women, food, glorious food, mojo spreading like an epidemic and location .. location.. location!!!!

images coming soon...

Oh was that a tease... sorry...new computer...lol.

I think I managed about a dozen LO's. It's been a long time between posts and this one is very overdue..... considering the retreat was in ... ummm...  October....yes this year..

GTS Monaro

Our Man of the House is a "Ford Man"....among other things car orientated, But he bought bought a GTS Monaro, a Holden, for the Holden mad Teen and he to work on together. They have gutted the insides and washed all the 20 odd years of accumulated dust and mud off and made sure the tyres are capable of leaving great long black marks in the driveway..LOL hysterical,,, boys hey.. big boys...This page is loosely based on the Kraft It Up August Challenge.
 And here is my take.

Here is their sketch.

Motokhana.. Fletch had the awesome job of recording each persons time.

Just a close up of the details.

I have been playing with different backgrounds, I love the look of this. I am really happy with the result.

Our Hoon

Master F wanted a LO done of the man of the house, so here it is. With a close up to show the details.

I just wanted to share one of my favourite photos.
